1. Acceptance
By using SpeedFiber.net, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website for personal or business connection checks, education and ordinary troubleshooting. You may not overload test endpoints, bypass security controls, create deceptive traffic, scrape the service at harmful scale or interfere with other users.
3. Measurement limitations
Results are estimates produced under current conditions. Wi-Fi, device capability, browser behavior, VPNs, server route, router load, background traffic and provider congestion can change a result. SpeedFiber is not a certified regulator measurement and does not guarantee that a provider has met or breached a contract.
4. Educational content
Guides provide general technical information, not a guarantee of repair. Users are responsible for making safe changes to their equipment. Do not open provider equipment, handle fiber connectors or change business-network settings without permission and appropriate knowledge.
5. Intellectual property
The SpeedFiber name, interface, original text and site assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Normal linking and personal quotation are allowed; republishing substantial site content or presenting it as your own requires permission.
6. Third-party services and links
External services, advertisements and linked websites are controlled by their operators. SpeedFiber does not guarantee their availability, security, products or claims.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, capacity, security or third-party changes. Features and test servers may change without notice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. SpeedFiber is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, business interruption or decisions based solely on a test result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Responsible contact
Report technical issues with the page URL, device, browser, connection type and timestamp. Never send passwords or confidential network credentials. Contact: eeabdalla.c@gmail.com.
