1. Information processed to provide the tools
When a user requests a speed test or network tool, the service may process an IP address, browser and device details, request timing, selected test server, approximate network region and test measurements. These technical details are needed to deliver the requested result, protect the service and diagnose reliability.
SpeedFiber does not require an account for ordinary testing and does not ask users to upload identity documents.
2. Server logs and security
The hosting environment may retain standard access and error logs, including IP address, requested URL, user agent and timestamp. Logs may be used to prevent abuse, investigate faults and maintain availability. Retention depends on operational and hosting requirements and is limited where practical.
3. Browser storage
The interface may use local storage for essential preferences such as theme, language or whether an installation prompt was dismissed. Users can clear this information through browser settings. Clearing it may reset preferences but does not cancel an account because normal testing has no user account.
4. Advertising
SpeedFiber uses Google AdSense as its advertising provider. Google may display advertisements when the site is approved and advertising is enabled.
Google may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control and fraud prevention, subject to user settings and applicable law. Where consent is legally required for Google advertising, consent should be collected through a Google-certified consent management platform.
5. Contact information
If you email or message SpeedFiber, the information you provide is used to answer the request, investigate the reported issue or discuss a business enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, identity documents or confidential provider credentials.
6. Data choices
Users can clear local storage, restrict cookies, disable personalized advertising where available, use browser tracking protection and choose not to contact the site. Blocking technical requests may prevent some tools from working.
7. Children
SpeedFiber is a general network utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise a child who contacts the site.
8. Policy updates
Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the current policy applies to later visits.
