For a website or speed-test issue
Include the exact page URL, device, operating system, browser version, connection type, approximate country or region, time of the test and the result values. Explain what happened and what you expected.
For an editorial correction
Identify the article, heading and statement. Explain why it may be inaccurate or unclear and include a reliable source where possible. Corrections are reviewed independently from advertising enquiries.
For server collaboration
Include the proposed city and country, hosting provider, port capacity, bandwidth allowance, server specification and whether cross-origin test traffic is permitted.
For advertising or partnerships
Include the company, campaign or partnership type, target region and proposed placement. SpeedFiber does not offer paid changes to editorial conclusions.
Response expectations
Response time varies by message volume and the information supplied. A detailed report is easier to reproduce than a screenshot without context.
